Refund, Return & Warranty Policy for IPAMO LTD products

  1. Faulty Purchases: We do not accept returns for general wear and tear or change of mind for most online purchases. However, if you provide photo evidence that your purchase is faulty, we will full fill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act by finding a remedy within a reasonable time frame.

  2. Evidence Required: For faulty items, please email evidence of the faults as outlined in the Consumer Guarantees Act to sales@ipamo.co.nz. We will review these requests and issue refunds if necessary. Notify us of any refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, ensuring the product has all original tags attached and that you can provide proof of purchase.

  3.  Damage Caused by Courier or Shipping: If your purchase is damaged or compromised during transit to your designated address, inform us within 3 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund or replacement. The warranty will be reviewed on its merits and may only cover a refund of the goods purchased. It will be granted only if there is sufficient evidence that the product was damaged or compromised during transit by Ipamo Limited’s third-party delivery supplier. No warranty or liability is covered once the product is delivered to your address; thereafter, it is the purchaser’s responsibility. To ensure the warranty is not compromised, keep the tags intact and the item in its original packaging. Provide photo evidence and notify us at sales@ipamo.co.nz. Late notifications, insufficient evidence of damage during transit, further damage after delivery, removal of tags, or inability to provide proof of purchase will result in the refusal of the warranty.

  4. Refusal and Logistics: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above criteria. If necessary, we may request that you send the item back to our office for review. In such cases, we will provide a returns label.

Please note that we are not liable for costs incurred due to returning a product without our knowledge or agreement. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product, as deemed refundable under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel orders under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment or Production: Free cancellation.
  • Within 24 Hours: No cancellation fee.
  • After 24 Hours (Before Shipment): Refund subject to a transaction fee 3.6% for credit card/PayPal users.
  • After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility & Time Frame:

  • Returns must be requested within 10 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unopened, unactivated, and in original packaging with all components intact.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: Customers cover shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items: Shipping costs covered if the issue results from our error.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days after receiving and verifying the return.
  • Customers receive an email notification upon completion.
  • If delayed, customers should check with their bank or payment provider before contacting sales@ipamo.co.nz.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • Customers should review their transaction with the bank or payment processor.
  • If issues persist, they may contact sales@ipamo.co.nz for further review.

3. Warranty & Repair Service

IPAMO Ltd’s Role & Coverage:

  • IPAMO Ltd acts as Novabot’s official agent in New Zealand, handling warranty claims ONLY for purchases made directly through Ipamo Ltd.
  • Proof of purchase is required for warranty eligibility.

Warranty Coverage & Process:

Customers must contact Ipamo Ltd to initiate warranty claims with Novabot.

  • Valid proof of purchase and serial number required.
  • Warranty does NOT cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external causes (e.g., natural disasters).

Warranty Period by Component:

  • Battery: 2 Years
  • Front/Rear Axle: 2 Years
  • Wheel Hub Motor: 2 Years
  • GPS Kit: 2 Years
  • Vision Module: 2 Years
  • PCBA: 2 Years
  • RTK Reference Station: 2 Years
  • Charging Station: 2 Years
  • Decoration Parts: No Warranty (Consumable)
  • Cutting Blade: No Warranty (Consumable)
  • Tyres: No Warranty (Consumable)
  • Cutting Disk: No Warranty (Consumable)

IPAMO Ltd’s Limited Liability:

  • IPAMO Ltd is NOT liable beyond the warranty period for refunds, replacements, or repairs.
  • IPAMO Ltd is NOT responsible for recovering costs if products are not returned within the required timeframe (10 days from receipt).
  • Customers must initiate warranty claims and returns within designated periods to remain eligible.

Replacement Policy:

  • Replacements available within 10 days of receipt if:
  • Damaged in transit (proof required from carrier).
  • Incorrect product received.
  • Critical manufacturing defects affecting functionality.
  • Customers must submit replacement requests within 7 days of approval.

Exclusions from Replacement Requests:

  • Claims beyond 10 days of receipt.
  • User-induced damages or modifications.
  • Missing or unverifiable proof of purchase.
  • Failure to report shipping damages within 3 days.

4. IPAMO Website Return Policy (Consumer Guarantees Act Compliance)

Faulty Purchases:
